Location, hospitality of the employees and an easy check in/check out. Too bad we could stay more.

Friendly and efficient staff. Clean, spacious and comfortable room. Centrally located for using public transport. Wifi signal was too weak (and thus) the connection was interrupted very often. Hot water took several minutes to reach the faucet and it was only mildly warm.

Very convenient location to reach both airport and city centre. Good breakfast. Very clean rooms. Pillows and mattress not so comfy. Rooms too warm.

However, I would like to share two points of concern from my stay in the single room: 1. The room felt quite small for comfort. 2. Water from the shower was leaking out into the room, which caused inconvenience. I hope this feedback is helpful for future improvements, as I truly enjoyed the rest of my stay and would be happy to return.

Simple with all basic amenities but neat & clean. We were allocated back side room wherein there was no Wi-Fi. I complained in the reception & they are aware of it.This is not acceptable is today’s world. I had data package which we used for our 2 days stay.

The staff was incredibly kind, specially Mr. Ingo Wölk in reception, I made a request for a small present in the room for my boyfriend’s birthday and instead he gave us an upgrade to the suite, I really didn’t expect such a thing. That made our staying even more enjoyable.

The receptionist was superb, great help with everything including directions, very helpful! No Air Conditioning, although the staff provided a fan, there nowhere for the heat to retreat so it was very warm outside and inside.

The evening manager was very welcoming, he also facilitated our booking of sightseeing activities, and was an absolute delight to chat with. Location was ideal. Room was clean, all staff very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. The parking lot was full so we had to pay for on street parking, but the staff was very helpful in guiding us and advising us about rules. No complaints.

The staff at the reception was very nice and helpful. It was located in a nice area, and it was close to the metro, but also you could walk to the city center easily. There is no air conditioning except in two rooms, which I did not know before my arrival. I had to have my windows open at all times even at night, and there was noise outside during the night.
