Robin Wood Apartment

It was a very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable stay. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped with everything you might need, and conveniently located in a central area, making it easy to get around. The biggest advantage was the privacy offered by each individual capsule, as well as how spacious and comfortable it felt — you never feel claustrophobic. The bed was comfortable, there were enough bathrooms for all the guests, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I would have preferred the air conditioner to be a bit more powerful. During our stay, there was a heat wave with temperatures close to 40°C, and even at the lowest temperature setting, it wasn't able to cool the room sufficiently.

I liked that this property was completely self service, however whenever we had a problem they were very easy to get a hold off. The capsules are clean and very spacious. The location was ok but it was a little far from the city center.

Great location, quick entry system, clean sheets and bedding, the pod is large enough and doesn't make you feel claustrophobic (I could sit up inside without much problem). No need to formally check-in / check-out which saves time I probably had bad luck but one of the sinks was clogged and so was one of the toilets, another toilet had no working light. If your pod is next to the entrance door, you will hear a lot from the street, there is very little noise isolation (but disposable earplugs are provided). TV in my pod had very weak signal (nothing loaded) and one ear cushion in the provided headphones was peeled off. The entrance door seems like it's made of plastic and doesn't feel very secure as a barrier

When I first got in, most, if not all, the common spaces were dirty and they weren’t cleaned until late in the morning after. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for one afternoon and it was gone before the morning.

In the morning I went to the bathroom and accidentally left the key in the lock box. It locked itself, and I couldn’t open the room. This happened at around 8 a.m. I asked other guests to contact the owner to find out what I should do, because all my documents and phone were inside the room. No one replied for three hours. Why? Communication should be immediate in such situations. If check out from rooms starts at 6 till 10 a.m u need to be in touch!

Door lock and code may be accessible to other people. Overall it was clean and comfortable!

Place is clean. For a cube hotel the bed and room is acutally quite tall. So not claustrofobic. Smart tv and headphones were great. Think they were even a little soundproof. Incredibly noisey. "Hotel" has no soundproofing whatsoever. I think their aircon is a hole in the wall cause you can hear everything that happens outside. When people outside are talking it sounds like they're standing right next to you. And it just so happens plenty of people were out late partying and talking. (Note: these werent guests. Just paserbys). Dont expect to do any sleeping here.

Clear instruction to get in, easy check in, luggage storage and location close to public transportation and food market. There is no dining room and they didn’t have the electrical kettle that is listed. The cleanliness could be better, and there are only 2 toilets and 2 showers which is not enough for everyone, especially considering when the place is full of guests.

In description you provided you mentioned single room, but it was single pod or single coffin. There was no basic facilities such as kettle, but you mentioned in description. On top of them, it doesn't worth at all. With the same price I reserved a hotel room in prague and Budapest. Anyway, I don't recommend. And I ask partially refund. Because others in my room payed significantly lower than me.

The sleeping capsules were comfortable, clean, private and secure. Additional lockers available with plenty of secure storage. Location was great, value was great and I would overall recommend the property. I had an issue with my booking to the point where my items were removed from my capsule 1 day early and it was difficult to communicate with the staff. Booking errors happen but I did not appreciate being blamed for it. The staff were responsive to messaging - yet I did not appreciate being moved without being informed. Showers always had a drain blockage and smelled slightly of mould. A mild point - but still there. Daily housekeeping was obvious and otherwise the property very clean.

I really liked this hostel! The toilets/showers were very clean while I was there. I was also very thankful for the air conditioning. The pod was strictly just a twin size bed, a small tv, and one hook for a bag/towel/etc. There is no kettle as mentioned in the description. Most of your belongings will have to be placed in lockers, which worked well. It was a great first hostel experience as a solo traveler.

I thought it was a convenient place to stay in Vienna given its proximity to the major train stations and metro in the city. It's very easy for walking about and seeing the city. The pod idea is an interesting one. I like that they have privacy unlike in a hotel. The downside is that they are not sound proof. You can hear everything and everyone moving about and talking in an apartment full of 10 pods. If you are sensitive to sound when sleeping (I am), I would not recommend.

This was the first time I've tried one of these pods. It was a very pleasant experience- but you must be prepared for basic and to be organised with your things. Because you're sleeping in what is effectively a cupboard, the air doesn't move. I was also unable to lock my cupboard from inside.

I had a very good time staying there. The place was clean, no issues with check-in or check-out, lockers available even after the check-out hours which is very nice. Amazing location, I would highly recommend this place for solo travelers. What can be an issue is hearing other visitors coming back late at night and using shared space, but to me personally it wasn't an issue at all.

Everything was perfect!

It was simple, clean and modern, nice showers and all. Good wifi. Nice location 20 some mins walking to the heart of the city center. I miss some place to keep the phone charging inside the box so it does not stay on the bed. There is a socket but then it must stay on the bed charging, there is nothing else to hold it.
