Everything was great, but the staff and the breakfasts were really exceptionnel. The location was perfect, close to the tram line and to the subway. Both are very easy to use. It was a quiet spot. The AC in the room was welcome because of the unusual heat. We spent a whole week and we would happily chose it again if we ever returned to Vienna The bathroom was very small. The duvets were kind of warm for the weather. But not a deal breaker.

Only location. Nothing else. AC was not working and not given any alternative room. Rooms are not at all match with Europe standard. Breakfast options are very limited. Staff is not at all cooperative.

Small but perfectly organized. Staff were everything one could ask for. Very welcoming and offered helpful advice. It felt like home.

The receptionist greeted us on arrival and was so friendly. Filled us in on everything we needed to know, everything was super smooth. The location was perfect! Central without the noise. Obsessed with the rooms, a vibe. Nothing, I'll be back!

Clean and warm, cozy rooms which is perfect because of cold weather in Vienna in the winter. Staff was really friendly and helpful, they told us about garage that is affordable and 3min away from hotel. Overall, it was a beautiful and cozy stay.

We had a wonderful stay at St-Shermin in Vienna. The location couldn’t be better, tram at the door, close to everything, yet tucked away enough to feel relaxing. Our room was extremely comfortable, spotless, which made it easy to unwind after long days exploring the city. What truly made the stay special was the staff. Every person we met was kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, creating the sort of atmosphere that makes you feel at home rather than just passing through. A lovely experience from start to finish. We’d happily stay here again.

Well located hotel with super nice staff and exceptional breakfast. Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff did put in extra effort to make our stay most enjoyable.

I feel like this is how hotels should be run. The staff was so kind and I felt very welcomed, they treat you like family and my stay was excellent. The room was so clean and the location was perfect! Nothing, this place was top notch!
