I booked two double rooms. The rooms themselves were clean enough and relatively modern. The staff were responsive enough. The air conditioning worked well. The bed was comfortable. The cleaning staff were friendly. The Hotel is located close to the West Station of Vienna so it was very convenient getting around Vienna. Lots of chain and local shops just a short walk away. It was a pleasant enough stay. Everything was fine - just a few details in the room that weren't great: - One of the lights from my ceiling was hanging dangerously outside the fitting. - The lock safe battery lid was missing so the batteries were exposed. - The other room I booked had a cobweb in the corner of the bathroom. - There was also paint chipping on the toilet seats and on some of the surfaces. - No bin in the room, only a very small toilet bin.

The location is superb, clean and quiet. Public transport are very accessible and staff are very friendly, helpful and polite. It is one of our best hotels we stayed at, thank you Apollo Hotel Vienna.

Nothing Double booked my room as had a suite booked gave us a small smelly room , dirty towels , broken lamp , curtains hanging down and blocking bathroom door, lumpy pillows were not going to offer anything in difference in price until I pushed but even then was overpriced , horrible breakfast unless you like cold coffee , watered down juice and hardly any selection even fresh fruit , pleasant but very unhelpful staff

Stylish, comfortable, clean, friendly and very helpful staff, good breakfast. Convenient and close to tram and train station - very useful! Not too far to walk to Centre if feeling energetic. No lounge or outdoor area to relax - but that would probably increase the prices!
