The green area Had an issue and they were not willing to help at all, only focused on profit. Pictures not according to reality No elevator Room smelled like sweat Little to no room facilities Please don't waste you money here

Breakfast was surprisingly good, especially the fresh bread at 7 AM. Parking is also an advantage and staff was very friendly and helpful! Kettle in the room would be great

too many great things about this hotel. to name few, let's start with the hotel is located in a perfect location within 5-10 minutes walk to Prater and plenty of free parking lot and its also a sport complex with various sport fields like soccer, tennis etc. it is also not far away from downtown where most of the tourist attraction sites are. maybe 30 minutes walk for younger or well fit people (not with younger kids thought). hotel also have a restaurant with a reasonable prices for great food. there is also a subway station down stairs of the hotel Breakfast need improvement, also, microwave in room and multiple trash can would be great additions. walking up and down stairs could be a challenge for elderly folks.

A small kettle in the room would be very helpful but we asked reception and we got boiled water. Overall not an issue but something the hotel management may want to include that into rooms.

Hotel is part of a sports club. Well built, quiet, lots of parking. Good breakfast Lack of drinking water, drinking cup, water heater/coffee maker in the room. 20 minute walk to old town

A convenient place to stay for an event at the Messe Congress Center. I was provided with an iron upon my request The room does not have a wardrobe, and there were no hangers for clothes except for a few hooks on the door.

Staff was friendly, rooms were tidy, location is excellent. Wi-Fi was excruciatingly slow.

Very nice place, close to the center. Room was great, and the concierge was very helpful. I would definitely come back here in the future. Breakfast is nice and there are plenty to choose from. Uber from this place to the center is around 9-10 euros
