Close to motorway Room smelt of cigarettes, reception was closed when we arrived.

The smile of the receptionist The room was full of insects, mosquitoes, and cockroaches. I thought booking enables customers to get the best available room and exactly as shown in photos, but reality is that me and my partner arrived late and instead of a king-size bedroom we got a room with 4 single beds and it was my honeymoon!!! There was a very bad smell and of course as we checked in late there was no one to change our room.

Carpets everywhere are not my favorite. Dogs are accepted but not everywhere: we had our breakfast outdoors which only Worked because the weather was ok.

Lots of parking spaces The receptionist doesn't speak a single word in English. Words like WiFi, Password and Internet were from another world. The bathroom smells bad. There was no soap in the bathroom.

Room very basic but clean and cheap. A second stay unfortunately this time our room had a spot light outside and was on the motorway side so very noisy ...... ask for quiet side and don't waste money on breakfast.

it's clean and comfortable. good value and accepts dogs. no-one on check out. we even rang the bell. The soap had run out at the sink and shower so we wanted to tell them but like I said no one was around.

Location Dated, noisy, limited safe parking , very tatty room . Definitely I would not stay here again. Ibis Budget hotels are so much better than this hotel.

Didn't like the area And the outside of hotel wasn't very clean We arrived late at night and had problems getting into our room. The number was scratched off the key card .and when we asked for help no one came ..It took us 40 mins to locate our room.. I was followed by a man and approached for sex and the hotel manager said no cameras working .?
