Location , parking , staff friendliness My neighbouring room had a smoker and would smoke in the balcony and all the smoke came in my room it was discomforting . I don’t know if hotel could have done something about it. But balcony are divided by wooden boards and air flow pushed the smoke inwards

The staff were absolutely wonderful here! It is a good size and clean room with a view. It is walking distance to a beautiful gondola also! Breakfast was included and tasted great. Parking on site.

Very nice small hotel in good location. Friendly staff, clean. Good value for money. Ski lifts and thermal spa within walking distance (although with full ski gear need to use car / skibus). Very good dinner in hotel restaurant. Hotel staff agreed to serve very early breakfast on Marcialonga marathon day. Bathroom a bit worn out.

Small quiet hotel (few guests due to Covid), nice view from the room/balcony, convenient location for skiing in Fassa Valley, tasty dinners, good selection of regional wines. Staff does everything to accommodate the guests while keeping to the pandemic restrictions.

The location is absolutely stunning, opening your eyes in this beauty is priceless. Close to the Terme and fantastic restaurants. The Piccolo is well located and the staff is extremely nice and friendly, they provided us tons of options for things to do around. Our stay was super nice and enjoyable. The breakfast could improve by having more salty options. It would be great for whoever needs a good energy charge in the morning before hitting the slopes.
