Very well located to explore the Dolomites. Everything functions well. The staff was very friendly. It was great to have some free hikes organized. The guide Giampaolo was exceptional, always available for suggestions. The food was generally very various and very good. All the restaurant staff was impeccable. It would be nice to have a water boiler or coffee maker in the room.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room is big, clean, and cozy. Dinner is not of top class but still very tasty. The pool is also nice. Lots of local Italian guests. Breakfast is a bit monotonous. The appliances in the room are a bit old. It feels a bit too hot without AC in the room.
