parking The room needs some attention, starting from the window that was kept open on one corner only, toilet flush that needs some help to stop... Paper walls let you listen everyone talking in the hotel... Not worth the money, camping would have been more relaxing.

Great Price compared to others around the area. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Warm rooms and hot water. Breakfast that is included is typical Italian fare, good way to start the day! It's a bit noisy as doors are pretty thin and you can hear the other guests walking/talking. The nearest ski lift is a short walk to the lift or the ski bus area. Obviously that's not something the hotel can control but worth mentioning if you plan on using ski lifts

Exceptional service! Thankfully the staff was patient with our language barriers and provided us with a tremendous stay and great recommendations. My favorite would be the sn-site meals and family atmosphere shared by all the guests. Wish we could have stayed longer! No problems.

Very friendly and attentive staff. They did their best to help with any request. The breakfast was pretty good and the location of the hotel is convenient. The beds could be a bit more comfortable.

This hotel is quite charming and has character. The staff are enthusiastic, hard-working and attentive. The room was large, and the balcony was big, with a good view. The location is great - walking distance from cable car and the town. It also has a spa facility for after a long day on the mountains. The hotel is dated and pretty basic in some ways. The enthusiasm and good attitude of the staff makes up for this in my opinion, but more fussy people might not enjoy some of the 'quirks'. There were no tea and coffee facilities in our room. Inexplicably, there were tap handles on our wall (?). The decoration is quite dated (not necessarily a negative for everyone). The bar was quite noisy at night, as it was right below us. Breakfast seemed chaotic, as no one seemed to understand where anything was, and the dining room was cramped. The rushing staff did not seem to have time to bring out food, clear tables, and help people at the same time. I can overlook all of this personally, as the staff are clearly hard working and trying their best.

A comfortable hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect location for hiking in the mountains.

Perfectly located near the cable car station. The staff was super friendly and helpful, we had to leave early on the morning of check out and the person in charge arranged for us to have a breakfast to go in a bag. Couldn't ask for a better service. No bidet in the toilet... other than that everything was perfect.

The location is perfect, we were just a few minutes away from the chair lift which we needed to take for hiking. Rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff was very kind. There were lots of options for breakfast (sweet and sour). I would definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location is excellent, with great access to the Rosengarten area of the Dolomites, which was our objective. The staff was super helpful, even when we arrived early. They offered us garage space when we asked for a secure parking space, offered us WiFi access. We arranged to eat dinner there, and the food was excellent and plentiful. Everyone was very friendly, courteous, helpful, and mindful of sanitary precautions.

the suite on the third floor is fabulous. It accommodated our family of four very easily. Spacious, with wood furnishings, extremely comfortable beds, and with a great view of the forest, the valley, and part of the mountains. The owners could not have been more responsive to our needs, allowing us to store the luggage before and after check-in time and modifying the dinner menu to accommodate my husband's needs (he is diabetic). They even checked the meteo channel for us and allowed us to keep the car parked outside the hotel after check-in time. The management is going above and beyond to make you feel at home. They provide information on all kinds of activities available in the area. The common areas and the breakfast/dining room areas are so beautiful! We had a fantastic dinner at a very reasonable price (great value). This hotel is a happy place! Last but not least, the hotel is close to amazing hiking trails accessible by cable car reachable on foot. In italiano: assolutamente da consigliare sia per la qualita' della struttura, sia per il rapporto qualita' prezzo, sia per la straordinaria gentilezza e cortesia dei proprietari. I liked everything
