La posizione in paese, la vista dall’ultimo piano, bagno nuovo e spazioso. Colazione assolutamente da rivedere, prodotti confezionati/surgelati, non nel quantitativo sufficiente per sfamare tutti gli ospiti. Anche a richiesta specifica ci veniva risposto che, per esempio, il pane o la Nutella erano esauriti, nel pieno dell’orario della colazione (8:30). Posti a sedere limitati, chi primo arriva meglio alloggia, inevitabile l’attesa. Odore di fogna persistente e costante in bagno. Arredamento ridotto all’essenziale, mancanza di sedie extra o appoggi per valigie e borse. Nessun bicchiere, nemmeno in bagno per appoggiare lo spazzolino. Campanelli per suonare ad ogni stanza, siamo stati svegliati in più occasioni da altri ospiti che suonavano insistentemente al mattino presto nella stanza adiacente alla nostra.

We specifically paid extra to book 2 rooms with single beds but received 2 rooms with double beds and it was not possible to change nor did the hotel offer to partially refund

First, we arrived in the middle of the night. Our door code was not working. They answer imediatly and provide a new one. At breakfast we arrived 9:30, and everything was almost gone. We waited for a refill but it didn't happend until we asked them to refill. There were not so many choices. Like a continental breakfast. The noise in the morning at 8 o clock from housekeeping waked us up and they were knocking stufs in the door and in the cleaning cart for all morning. The cart was exactly near our room. We went to breakfast and when we came back the lasy from housekeeping asked me: do you leave? I need to clean.Even though we had 1 more hour to check out.after that, the card key from the door was not working. I had to go back to reception for a new card... Too bad for the location and for experience in dolomites...

The comfort, breakfast, hit on the bathroom floor, the balcony view, very clean, the staff waskind

The breakfast wasn't that great. It is delivered from somewhere else and it may cause delays.

Enough facilities. Spacious room. The entrance road to the hotel is a bit narrow. The actual hotel looks older than in the picture but is still in good condition.

it was not stated at all that it’s a smart hotel, no receptionist, no room service available on site. we asked for a twin bed room and we got a double bed. we demanded to separate it, one of the staff members came, not speaking a single word in english, gave us sheets to rearrange the beds ourselves. when we wanted to do so, we noticed big stains on the sheets underneath the blankets. they gave us as a compensation a deluxe room, when we received the code in order to get the room key from the machine, it said that the code was invalid. later on we found out that the specific room was already taken by other guests by mistake since they received the code we were supposed to get it was a complete disaster

It has neat, spacious and simple kitchen facilities and a large terrace with excellent scenery. Breakfast is not diverse, but it's delicious. The staff is too kind. The alley to the accommodation is narrow, so it can be difficult if you are inexperienced in driving. The village itself with accommodation is beautiful, but it is completely in the mountains, so the road to it is winding.

New and nice. Good quality. Location is very hard to access by car.

Verena who was on duty was exceptionally helpful . We encountered problems with our car rental and she stepped in to assist to find a tire shop. It is so refreshing to meet someone so helpful! She is in the right line of work ?

Good space inside room, very comfortable bar and enough space to place your things. contact with property was touchable and smooth- than you! Kitchen is absolutely useful, hasn’t got anything to cook and eat. Please, buy some dishes and kitchen ware, dear My SHH! One fork and one spoon, two cups and one pot.Is it a joke ? Very poor breakfast included. Time to check out is very early 10:30

Bed could be more comfortable and the absence of a queen bed was a downside
