Literally cockroaches are sleeping along with me in the bed.Asked the staff to change the room.They said not possible. Asked the staff to clean.no response..but the cleaning staff asking for tip while vacating.. Not a good stay for me.

Breakfast was 2 Idli an di vada served at room, - fixed no choice. Quality so so only Location ok. What seen in Photo and actual is not matching Too tight on Check in Check out hours no flexibility and paid Rs 1000 extra for early check in though did not stay for night there

Hot water and the location being close to mountain area No options in breakfast and it seems we won't be entitled for it if we are not present when they bring it. Not a big deal but demonstrates unhealthy attitude towards Cust service.
