THE FLUSH AT BATHROOM WASNT WORKING . MOST IMPORTANTLY DURING CHECK IN I HAVE TOLD MY GST HAS TO BE GIVEN IN TWO SEPERATE COMPANIES AS WE HAVE BOOKED TWO SEPERATE ROOMS . BUT THE STAFF BILLED IN SAME GST COMPANY . FURTHER WHEN REQUESTED TO CHANGE HE SAID IT CANNOT BE DONE. DISSAPOINTED! I HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TREEBO CUSTOMER , BUT VERY DISSAPOINTING.

I could'nt stay in Treebo C Plaza because they cancelled my booking without assigning any reason. Booking.com says that you can pay at the property. But Treebo sends a message asking for immediate payment. Before I could see their message, my booking had been cancelled by them. Not likely to stay there in future.

Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, enough choice and tasty. Comfortable beds. Location is perfect. Just behind the busy MG road; quiet enough not to hear traffic noise but only walk-able distance from shops, restaurants, mall. On the booking.com website it was clearly stated that we could pay at the accommodation. After we received the booking confirmation on the booking.com app, we received an email from the hotel that our booking was on hold and that we had to pay in advance. We did not pay in advance but the issue wasn't even mentioned by the hotel staff and we could pay on arrival.

Hotel location is the best as its in the heart of the city & on the main road - M G Road. For the price offered the hotel maintained the basic cleanliness of bed, linen & towels. With 1500/- odd for per night breakfast was inclusive, although not a big spread, the breakfast consisted of: 1. Boiled egg 2. 1 cut fruit (Papaya or watermelon) 3. Idli (daily fixed dish) 4. Either Wada / Poori / Pongal 5. Chutney / Sambar 6. Tea / Coffee If the hotel takes care of the basic maintenance then the stay can be repeated. The hotel lacks maintenance issues mainly, as the lack of pressure in the shower & faucet, fan was not working than the manager shifted me to another room in that the AC was not working, lift had issues. If these issues are sorted than the hotel would be an ideal stay for regular traveller's.

Service is excellent, and the room and facilities were well above what one would expect in a hotel in Vijayawada. Food was also excellent, although there is no restaurant in the hotel. Location left a lot to be desired. The approach road is strewn with garbage, and the empty ground next door is full of construction rubbish and broken planks. There is no restaurant. But the food provided in the dining hall was excellent. However, the breakfast was served at least an hour the scheduled time of 7.30 am. Also, the staff and the manager moving around barefoot didn't look good.

Not much worried about breakfast. Location is OK. Cleanliness of the property. I have developed rash all over my body and had to vacate the property on the next day. Shared all pictures with the staff at the property and agreed for cancellation of my reservation and refunded my money for balance two days.

There seems to be big gap between Booking.com & Treebo; after the check-in time my mail box, WhatsApp & Phone was flooded with pre-payment messages and before my parents reached the hotel the booking was cancelled saying "as confirmed by you". Very poor management by Treebo & Call center & policy makers are even more poor!! Lessons learned: No further Treebo hotels henceforth!
