apart from the location and the brand Treebo nothing was neat and clean. Very bad hotel Hotel has no trained staff even the receptionist dont respond well. 1. Bad and old smelling pillows. 2. Bed and sheets were not good 3. Bathroom was horrible 4. Staffs no clue what are they doing 5. Owner is not taking responsibility for the power cut

The rooms were very clean and tidy, more than expected.but we were charged even for a bottle of water. Only on request coffe and sugar were given it should have been proved. Secondly the receipt was hurrying us to vacate the room fast very rudely, though there was ample time for vacation. The rooms were very good.

They were trying to give services but I think higher management is not good. They don't value the guests as other hotels do. The rooms are not well maintained like tv ,bathroom door locks,night lamps not working ,fan also was not working,delay in sending towels,room cards don't work at all etc etc

Breakfast is very good and tasty. Around 5 to 6 options are there in the buffet. All were good. Staff were co-operative. We booked two rooms. One of the room is stinky. In bath rooms there are no tissues provided. Both commode and sink are quite closure and will cause lot of discomfort while you use them. Parking area is stinky and foul smelling. Seems some drainage is leaking there. Parking is quite congested.
