Breakfast was good but the hotel did not give spoons for almost 20 mins , we had to eat without that Bathroom was tooo bad, comoond seat cover broken, shower not working. Room Ac not cooling

Property rooms were clean spacious. The TV in one room was dead. The bed sheets were dirty had to request them to be changed.

Location Staff is worst. They don’t listen and have to ask many times. Very unfriendly. Bed sheets, pillows are torn and spotty. Room floors get pretty wet (humidity) due to AC and lack of ventilation.

Nothing While booking on app it showed we can pay the amount directly while checking in, but treebo cancelled my booking because I didn't pay half the amount . Pathetic miscommunication between booking.com and treebo

Rooms are neat and location also ok. I think it's near to Autonagar area where u may not find good restaurants nearby. Well connected to main roads. Food delivery is taking too long to this restaurant as the location of this hotel is bit far from good restaurants. Hotel staff also not that much immediate responsive for any food orders etc. Checkin water bottle is not there and also they are charging 25 rs for mineral water bottle.

No operation at all in anything, no room service, Everything is a mess, no hand-wash, no body wash, no battery in ac remotes, not a single cup of coffee in 2 days, they just say no for everything, and asked me to go 1 km away for coffee, as they don't have that in their kitchen.. On d check in guy asked me 500 rs in cash for early check in as he wanted to put that money in his pocket instead giving it to hotel.
