We stayed here for 4 nights, the staff are brilliant, and while it’s a resort mainly for German groups we felt well looked after as a British couple. The food offerings were fantastic at breakfast and dinner, we found lunch to not be great but this was just our taste. The drinks selection is great, all inclusive wines were all lovely and the cocktails are vast. The facilities are great and the golf courses on site are well worth the visit. It would be great to have a shop with better offerings, the shop on site is clothes and a very limited amount of snacks and drinks. We thought there should be more water points too, as it is a pain to have to go to reception or the bar every time.

Buffet meals were excellent with a variety of options. Excellent pool and pool-side bar and evening music and shows. Nice clean room. Nice laundry facilities at no charge. Took an Uber into town and very much enjoyed seeing the real Portugal. Absolutely loved the silent music night with headphones and people dancing to their own beat. We should have this in more places. Matthias the GM seemed like a true hands-on leader who tended to us non-Germans. In our 4 days there, there was almost 75% repetition in the buffet items. Beach was quite far away and the tide came in so that you could not always walk to it. For the included beverages: beer was good, wine okay and liquor okay. Were isolated from the locals and town - but i guess that is what to expect in most Robinson locations - per my brother who was with us, and who lives in Germany.

Food, bar and the pool are really awesome! The rooms need a refresh but they are comfortable. This is a hotel only for german people. So, if you don't speak german, take care. Maybe the hotel should alert users on booking to this point. Is quiete strange that only few staff people speaks portuguese. For example, in pool activities they only speak german and that was a little annoying.

Congratulations to the new Chef. Food much better than last year. Please let him know. Overall, competent and friendly staff. Especially a German employee (who also speaks Portuguese), who does not fulfill her role, as she prefers to serve only German customers, literally ignoring the other customers. For me, mattress a little hard just for my spine issues

This is an excellent resort very suitable also for staying with children. Pools suitable for all ages and matching games. An excellent poolside bar also serves sandwiches during the day. The beach is remote but Shuttle takes and returns. Quite a lot of walking for the disabled. Bar equipped with beach seating and suitable furniture, all overlooking the lagoon. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. We chose the hotel by chance we did not know that the dominant language is German, so is most of the staff, most of them also speak English. The dining room is large and surrounded by seating areas. There is a lot to go in between. The food was varied in a number of styles, lacking vegetarian dishes, for which the selection was quite limited.

Good location, very calm, quick access to the two golf courses. Food was excellent. Golf office quite engaged. Some of the rooms and other facilities show their age. They could offer on-line booking of T-times. Or advise folks how to arrange for T-times before they arrive.

Food and facilities Personal was almost all German. Germans are not well known for being warming... So it was.. No t all, but most were like that.

The location is wonderful, and the entire club has been beautifully and respectfully set into the landscape. Unfortunately, the beautiful golf courses and green fields that make the place so peaceful and relaxing are known to require a lot of water, especially when they are located in dry regions, as is the case of the Algarve coastline. Otherwise, the efforts that Quinta da Ria management is making to respect nature and leave the smallest possible carbon footprint on our planet are noticeable. The staff are super friendly, easy going and very professional. The food is excellent, and the poolside bar is just the right place for a relaxing chat. The pool area is also a fun and family friendly gathering place for every day’s tasteful after dinner programs. The air conditioning in our room was just a little loud, and the refrigerator wasn’t working.

Great Outdoor areas, pool, gardens. Great fitness Studio. Buffet with plenty of healthy and plant based options. Very fun silent party with headphones near the pool. Very beautiful location near ria formosa. Air conditioning in the room was not very refreshing. Not all the staff spoke Portuguese but it was not a problem to us, just be aware it is a German resort.

Very friendly and gentle staff, except the receptionists Not having enough safe parking space. Housekeeping less careful from day 2 onwards.
