Villa Prime Hotel

Perfect location, rooms very very clean, and comfortable,Miss Catarina was extremely kind and useful in a good way, always ready to help in case of any small questions I had about the hotel, thanks to her my stay at Villa Prime Hotel was a very good experience First night the room was extremely hot and I wasn't able to put the temperature down i found the heating central very hard to be used and understand, even after ask to other receptionist she wasn't able to fix the problem, rather than that my stay was perfect

The location was convenient. It felt like an institution. The staff wasn’t very friendly. I booked it here on this platform for parking as one of the amenities. It doesn’t show it on the listing but you have to reserve a space. When we arrived we were told it was all reserved and we had to find street parking in the pouring rain. The whole place feels cold and sounds like an office. Walls are thin, not comfortable public spaces or rooms. My room had a very strong air freshener plugged in right by the bed. The bed was hard, the one chair in the room extremely hard and uncomfortable for working and the lighting was so bad in the bathroom you couldn’t do anything in the room. I understand it’s budget but it doesn’t have to be so cold. The breakfast was minimal and not good.

Great, everything was perfect.

The place is very clean and well-located. The room is cozy and comfortable, and the coffee machine is a great touch. It would be even better if there were more than one coffee pod available. the staff was kind and professional throughout my stay. I wasn't informed about needing to book a parking spot at the hotel, so I had trouble finding a space nearby. The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent – I had a strong and stable connection on my phone and tablet, but it was very poor on my computer, which made working from the hotel difficult. My room was next to the wine bar and above the entrance which made it a little noisy.

Walking distance to the center of the town. There is a restaurant in front. Breakfast very good. Staff so friendly. It was not a problem for us, but the garage is just for 2 cars.

Good value for money The elevator didn't work to the 4th floor. Parking is very hard.

Staff, accommodations and cleanliness were completely on point. The location is good and easily accessible to Porto. It was a great stay, once again. The wine bar had most items I ordered in short provision or missing entirely... While my husband's were more readily available. Honestly, I eventually gave up and ordered the basics. Those didn't seem to be in short supply. Just don't take the menu too seriously.

Exceptional

I have loved absolutely everything about the hotel. It was close to the train station, to the city center, quiet and clean and very comfortable. The staff was welcoming and provided assistance for everything I have asked for. Only wi-fi was a bit glitchy and it made my work calls a bit slow.

I was very happy there.

All Clean and tidy

Location is great considering proximity to Mercadona where you can have your lunch and breakfast if you like. Staff was very competent. Nothing comes to mind, but overall its a one night stand only hotel.
