Any of it! It was the worst hotel I have stayed at that I can remember. Decor was ugly, music at breakfast was terrible. Dark hallways. Uneven floors, unsafe steps, trip hazards. Couldn’t wait to get out of there!

Sumptuous furnishings, comfortable bed. Nice outdoor pool. A few restaurants close by. Quite a walk from the historic centre but taxis were reasonable.

Beautiful hotel complex in Vila Nova de Gaia. The staff was incredibly accommodating as when we checked in, there were no rooms available despite our reservation. They were able to find us a great room and were very helpful!

Inez the Receptionist and Manuel Sousa, Maintenance The cafe food and staff were poor - our burgers were rancid and the table we sat at was particularly unclean and hadn't been cleaned for some time - the excuse for this was that the tables were not used very often.

a small hotel, like a "boutique" Hotel, with caracter and charm. the bed is very confortable, a big room , and quiet place. I think this hotel have too much rooms and clients for the breakfast place, for the small exterior swimming pool and the small SPA. In this end of August, the local is too small for all this clients. Too much cars inside too.

This was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in a long long time. The staff was so incredibly nice, the facilities were fantastic and the rooms just the same. Safe parking!! When I checked out I mentioned that I would be recommending to all friends and family. Will return again soon!! Nothing

Clean. Design and ergonomics. The spa is also a bit overpromise.

Location The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were excessively firm, and the mattress felt as hard as concrete.

I rarely give top marks across every category, but this place truly deserves to be an exception. The staff went above and beyond with their warmth and professionalism, and the facilities were nothing short of outstanding: very well maintained, thoughtfully designed, and incredibly comfortable. Only improvement would be to provide a swim pool cap for the indoor pool.

breakfast was really good, beautiful environment. rooms and bathroom are dark, the room floor was wet, making the use of it not comfortable.

Everything was excellent! Quick Check In. The Room was clean and cleaned everey day. We ate good. I defenitely recommend this stay.

Cozy and comfortable

The room is a good size, breakfast choices, the receptionist were very nice and accommodating The location is a bit far from the city center but you can take uber ( cheap)

Location is good. Quiet area away from crowds.Breakfast is good. Lighting in rooms is poor. TV quality is poor. Laundry cost is ridiculous. Services like free shuttle service is always fully booked. Spa needs to be booked for service.
