They gave us a room right on the street with a lot of noise, where live music was playing in front so we didn't sleep well That they would've given us another available room considering the noise level of our assigned room

I liked the central location, just steps from the main square. Juan Pablo at the front desk was very kind, respectful, and courteous, which helped me feel comfortable. The room was generally clean, and they helped me keep it that way throughout my stay. The bed, despite being a good size, had a very hard mattress. The pillows could have been better, as could the two mats in the room; they were dirty. It would also be better for guests to keep the noise downstairs a minimum, as everything can be heard from inside the room.

The location Is very close to noisy bars.

location is amazin It is the noisiest hotel I’ve ever been, there is a bar in front and windows are not noise cancelling. you’ll be able to listen pedestrians talking, and off course the music from the bar. Impossible to sleep.

All was good. We had a room with balcony so it was nice. The property is half a block from the main square. It feels secure. It is well illuminated. The tub hot water works. Bed was comfy. I did not use the tv but it was big. I did not use the wifi. I cannot think of anything. Maybe an extra table would be better to put the luggage on top. But overall, it was a great stay.

the property is part of the villa de leyvas historic architecture. i didnt like that my hotel room didnt has AC and a window to the outside.

The cleaning service was excellent and the girls at the reception were very friendly and the man on the night shift was very attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the room didn't have a safety box and also had to ask for a fan. because on nights sometimes is realy hot didn't have an iron at the time, never told me that parking and breakfast were taken at another hotel . but it's not that far away, if you have several suitcases it's not comfortable to carry them to the car but they do help you if you need the service. Otherwise it's very well located to the main square and the restaurants.

They should be more specific about the costs and requirements for bringing pets, the additional cost wasn't specified, the staff told me he would talk about it with the ones in charge and that depending on what they say they wouldn't charge it, it was charged it in the check out without any other explanation than "you have the pet cost pending" (it wasn't pricey anyways) but I consider communication very important, alsothey wanted to charge it in cash which I refused (it doesn't make sense because I payed everything with my credit card - why is that different?)

the historic building and its charm

Hotel very beautiful and clean, Location is perfect, staffs so helpful, Breakfast at the other place but very close. A little noisy at night cause close to Plaza and bar，after midnight gonna be okay.
