It was undoubtedly one of best place I have stayed in such hill-stations like Villa De Leyva. Location - around 5 min walkable distance from the main historic square and in a quite street. Staff - Very friendly, helpful, always smiling, prompt in responding, special thanks to Andres. Pool - Very clean heated indoor pool, with jacuzzi, sauna bath and adjacent restaurant having variety of wines and food. Rooms - large rooms, with big n clean bathroom, comfortable bed, with nice fireplace.

The servers in the restaurant were EXTREMELY NICE. The front desk ladies were not as nice. We booked the hotel a day before based on 2 things, location and pool. We get there and the pool as closed. There were nothing on the reservation saying that the pool would be closed. Don't use booking, use Orbitz instead!
