Really enjoyed my stay here! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The location was convenient for getting around, and breakfast had a good variety. Would definitely stay again. No hairdryer.

Location, close to central square and major attractions, a nice, typical local house. Breakfast was a plus for the overall stay. Initial approach from reception was to assign a room which didn't match the description advertised at all, a literal shoebox. Upon complaining, we were relocated to a neighbor hotel, but it was evidently a bait and switch at the beginning. Good service, but billing was also surprisingly cumbersome when the hotel decided not to charge the card provided upon reservation, manageable but annoying.

the location 1. when I arrived I didn’t get the accommodation that I booked (I got it after 2 days and I had a deluxe room) 2. in one of the rooms we found dirt like throw up on the cover of the bed and a dirty sock behind a little table 3. when we moved to our rooms the light went down a bunch of times and we weren’t able to have hot water in the shower 4. we didn’t have room cleaning service for the first two days 5. one of the sinks was damaged and the water was dripping 6. when I booked the hotel I thought that I had free parking but right after the hotel sent me a message saying that they would just cover a few hours.However, I talked with the host and she said that she could solve it 7. Finally, when we’re going to pay the host made us pay 90.000 Colombian pesos for paying with card something completely illegal and unfair

The staff were really nice, willing to help us whenever we need it. Some of the beds were uncomfortable and the fact that you have to bend the head down because the sealing was really low.

There was no hot water in the shower.

The location is very convenient, just a couple of blocks away from the plaza main square. The staff was very polite and try to accomodate us doing their best. Room is very small, no ventilation, no natural light. Walls are very tight so everything is heard from room to room. Bathroom is as small as the room, hot water is available from and electric heater installed in the shower. Parking is only available from 6pm to 9pm.
