Santa Lucía Casa Hotel

La ubicación es perfecta para recorrer el centro del pueblo, la habitación muy bonita, con todo lo necesario, el desayuno delicioso y la atención de la sra Martha fue impecable, muy amable y atenta. El parqueadero no era en el hotel pero estaba a una calle, muy cerca a pesar de que eso fue bastante cómodo y de fácil acceso. Nuestro baño contaba con una puerta que daba al pasillo, nos daba un pcoo de susto que por accidente alguien abriera. El baño es muy bonito y cómodo.

I'm a light sleeper and there was a slight noise in the night. Not sure where it came from, perhaps from flushing pipes.

The downside is that the property is on a very busy street in the town, and you can hear all the buses and cars and won’t let you sleep. On top of that if you get a room with a balcony view, you have to open the windows because otherwise it’ll get too hot in the room which makes the sounds from the street even worse Something else to consider they don’t start serving breakfast until 8:00 am…

This is a very beautiful casa hotel, with amazing, warm and personal hospitality from the hostess Lucía and her team. Lucía and her husband were accommodating and gave us great suggestions. The included breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, there were comfortable and beautiful spaces to relax outside of the rooms, kitchen available, secure parking, wifi. It’s located couple of blocks away from the main square and parking available 1 block away. Felt safe and convenient. Plumbing was sluggish but owner was attentive to address the issue. We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again. Plumbing in the room not great

Everything was wonderful location staff breakfast and room We had an early check out and staff was not readily available but after a little while the owner showed up and all was good.

Really comfortable and nice staff

When I made the reservation through booking I didn’t add my one year old son. Although the owner is very nice I didn’t like it that she made a big issue out of it making me feel uncomfortable and almost an unwanted guest. We were able to keep our reservation but she asked that my son shouldn’t cry too loud nor make the bed dirty, things which are hard to control as accidents happen and children are children.

Beautiful gardens and ambiance

The behavior of the staff was pleasant, the rooms and hotel was very clean. Newly renovated, location is perfect. We picked a quadruple room, but we didnt know that room has NO WINDOWS. After arrival, we learned that the room was without a window, very narrow, very chlostrophobic. We insisted for a room change but only available one was another quadruple room, and that one was without a window as well, only a little bit bigger. They requested extra 200.000 COP for room change. Our 1.140.000 COP price went up to 1.340.000 COP. The hotel was 3 star, there were 5 star hotels for 1.100.000 COP, unfortunately we could find an available hotel as it was a long weekend. This hotel doesnt deserve that price! The car park was in another street one block away from the hotel. Everytime if you need to go to your car, a hotel personnel needs to accompany you, thats disgusting. And you have to walk one block to get to the carpark.
