Good value for price. Location was a bit remote, however there are some local restaurants and bars n’est the hotel. Nice rooftop pool area and friendly staff. Very basic breakfast, the juices were very bland for Colombian standards.

The hotel is in a central location with many things around it. The price was good and the included breakfast was decent. The big pool was closed but they had a second pool open which was a nice space. The room is ok, but the toilet was broken.

everything was good very clean We stayed on December 30, 2024 with departure on December 31, 2024 and we had a mishap with them. The hotel facilities are well equipped but with respect to the attention of the receptionist and the bellboy who received us in the room... at checkout they were very dismissive and careless. We missed our flight due to a misunderstanding that a towel was needed in the room, as we could not return it to check it... the receptionist told us that we had to pay for it or go to the room again and so we did and when we got to the room it turned out that the bellboy did not look well and it was hanging in the bathroom. It seems to me a lack of everything and because these situations cause guests not to be completely satisfied. With this I will not recommend your hotel. Thank you very much and be more aware of the service provided by your work team.

This hotel is in the heart of an amazing neighborhood. It was impeccably clean and felt very safe with many restaurants, markets and everything a traveler needs. The hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Television, air and shower worked very well. Staff was very attentive. It has two nice pools although only one was open during my stay. Not sure if they only open one at a time or if both are normally opened. I was there during the week so perhaps they open both on the weekends. There is a gym that is available to guests below the hotel. The breakfast was eggs, rice, patacons, etc. The breakfast was very basic with few choices. The security box in the room is not large enough for a laptop. The gym is convenient but the equipment if pretty worn out and needs updating.

Everything. It is located in a nice neighborhood, it is new and modern, the room was very comfortable and mere steps away from one of the two pools, the food in its restaurant was fantastic, and the personnel was very courteous and helpful. The view out my back window was to the laundry room, but that was a minor situation easily solved drawing down the window shade.

The breakfast was fantastic! Also the restaurant at the hotel is good Our room was a little noisy as it was right next to the pool. Not a huge deal, just something to be aware of.
