ROOM IS VERY COMORTABLE FOR FAMILY, BACHELOR AND OFFICE OUTING DINNER AND BREAKFAST TASTES IN KERALA STLYE WHICH CAN BE MODIFIED

Awesome and scenic view location. Grand entrance, Lovely and colourful flowers, serene place. Rooms are larger enough. Cot, mattress etc are clean. Whatever served as food for breakfast was good. Welcome drink lemon tea was nice. After vacating we have been given time to photoahoot around the resort and later allowed us to change our costume in the same room where we have stayed which was much appreciated. Not worth for 60,000 INR for 4 days. Toilet no rack to keep the toiletries. In spite of the complaint no action was taken. Inside the toilet bowl Snails were found regularly. One of the toilet heater was not working properly and the water was not enough hot to support the weather. Though Breakfast was compliment, not enough quantity was served. Everytime we need to ask them to bring the items again which was bit embarrassing. Resort was completely vacant till 24th Dec as our booking was from 22nd Dec to 25th Dec. Our check out time was clearly mentioned as 1100 to 1200 noon whereas we have been pressurised to leave at 1030 am. After showing the booking details we need to convince to vacate b4 1200 noon which was really worst case. In spite of the cost was high apart from normal and regular breakfast nothing is complimentary. For camp fire separate charges of INR 1000 per night which is too much. Everything is costly in the restaurant. Food was not worth for the money paid. Resort Area is isolated and there are no shops or hotels nearby which is a greatest advantage for the management to charge exorbitant for the food we order. Above all we have not been communicated that horlicks was not included in the complimentary breakfast. While serving breakfast they asked us tea, coffee, horlicks, lemon tea. No guests will know by themselves that one beverage in the breakfast is not complimentary unless it was communicated by the staff. While final settlement they charged us INR 50 per Horlicks which is completely unacceptable. We have been thoroughly cheated at the end.

The rooms are clean and neat but the room doors are not properly closed and the flug points are not supportive.
