The host did not speak one single word in English, I got no wifi information and the mobile connection is very bad, so it was impossible to get internet access. After several requests, I still did not receive an invoice.

The room is priced fairly. Location good for the restaurants nearby. I definitely recommend OSTERIA ROBEBUONE. The biggest challenge is the check-in... The check in process is not difficult, but communication with the host is not smooth. If the host gave the directions on how to enter the property before arrival, it would have been much better. I recommend you establish clearly the check in procedure before arrival. Or at least you MUST have a mobile phone. At the property entrance there is a gate. At the right side of the gate is a black box. Touch the box and it will turn on. Enter the code given by the host. The gate will open. Go to the room you are given. There is another lock box. Enter the code and get the keys. Enter the room. Easy right? Except that none of this is given before your arrival. The information for the room clearly states "Breakfast in Room" but there is no breakfast provided. Parking is in the free parking lot for the city center about 5 minutes walk. I have stayed here several times before. Check in was a bit spotty even then. At least you could park in the underground area. Breakfast used to be provided, but that option is gone. The room is quite satisfactory, but the warm welcome is missing. - The room was chilly.

Beutiful courtyard and perfect location Everything was perfect! As a designer, I would only change the illumination color to be more warm (warm light instead of cool light).

Everything was fine. We had a late arrival and the manager was on the phone, sent videos how to open the door and find the room. Apartments are very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The location is also good, there are many tasty restaurants. Parking is not far away and it is safe and free of charge.

friendly host who was available and very helpful as minor issues with the bathroom ocurred. We were able to move to a new room immediately - which was even nicer :) perfect for an overnight stay, clean and well equipped, peacfuls and a good night's sleep.

It is very charming, the rooms are spacious beautifully decorated, the bed is big and comfortable. Wonderful.
