Breakfast, Santerra restaurant dinner bufett , room size, spa and indoor pool, free parking, if available Staff, special mention to room service and cleaning ladies Bad: nothing Disappointing; Gym opens 07:30 and closes 19:00 on Sundays, and 21:00 week days No early check in and default check in at 04:00 pm, suite room with a wide gap in front door

Location is perfect. The hotel seems to suffer with maintenance and cleanliness. I have a 10 year old son and asked for an extra bed while making my reservation, but I was surprised that the hotel charged us on 45 dolars per day. This was an absurd!

Enjoy was very comfortable, with a large room, was very quiet and felt very safe. The staff did everything to make our stay memorable and easy. We are English speaking and they were very helpful. The location is very good, and we enjoyed walking in the park and along the waterfront. The hotel is close to a number of restaurants. We walked to Valparaiso on a mild sunny day, and caught the Metro back to Enjoy. I swam in the sea, but the hotel pool is very inviting, with a great view. The breakfast buffet had a good choice of food (cold and hot, healthy and pastries), which suited both of us, and we appreciated the heated milk for coffee There was nothing we didn't like strongly. Only thing we noted was that the hot water takes a long time to arrive in the shower, but, once it came through, it was plentiful and hot (so was minor a inconvenience)

The location was great! The staff was good and friendly. The hotel wasn’t clean as expected. The breakfast was poor and not good enough.

Breakfast is varied and plentiful. I had a view of the ocean front, wonderful! The staff at check-in was very helpful and with a wonderful disposition to help (Jose). Information regarding Covid and what facilities are open, what restaurants available, needs to be updated on the website and on the emails from the hotel.

rooms are large, excellent view. i was a little surprise that some of the finishing in the bathroom were not great.. but nothing terrible. breakfast normal.
