Very good location Extremely disappointing. The hotel was old and not well maintained. The beds were very small, like child beds. No working wi-fi. Twice there was no breakfast ready. The staff were not very helpful, providing wrong or simply false information just to keep you happy. The entire building was very cold, there was no heating. When I arrived, there was nobody at the reception and the building was closed, so I had to wait a long time on the street, ringing the bell. Overall, a bad experience.

Perfectly fits our needs for one night stay while visiting Valparaiso and Vina del Mar / Concun dunes. Good location and very good and friendly staff members, we got a recommendation what to visit (special event accidentally happening during our stay). Tasty breakfast. Good value for money.
