It is our second time.in this hotel. The price quality rate is great. The personnel is attentive. Breakfast was good; They make scrambled eggs specially for you. The internet works great, as well as the air conditioning. Parking is a little bit complicated since some cars are in front of others. We were asked to move ithr car once so they could move another car, even when we left our key at the front desk. A small issue is that there is no elevator, and we had to carry our big bag to the 3rd floor.

Parking right outside, great location for the beach and local restaurants/bars/shops. Small hotel, room well appointed, lovely breakfast. Two huge rubbish bins outside the front of the property which are emptied at 5am in the morning unfortunately disturbed our stay.

Outstading location and great bed, friendly staff. There are a lot of restaurants, bars and touristic places around LV Hoteles. Free parking is worth it to mention bc it is crucial in Viña Del Mar. Bathroom courtain could be better

The staff was exceptional and although there was a language barrier throughout most of our transactions, they went out of their way to make me comfortable and take care of any needs I had, from the breakfast, to cleaning my room when I asked, to being extremely welcoming at every encounter. The shower sprayed into the bathroom and got the floor extremely wet, until I fixed it. But is should be looked at. Also, although the breakfast was filling with fresh eggs, I was surprised there was not more local fruit especially during summer.

The rooms are very large and have good beds. Breakfast is good. They have a good Coffee Machine available 24 hours for hotel guests. There is no elevator.

The hotel was in a great location with bars and restaurants nearby and close to the beach. Very clean and comfortable, great breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The location was close to the conference venue and there were many eating options nearby. The neighbourhood was safe and the staff were helpful. Given the location I would have expected key staff to have had a better command of english. There was only one who fitted that category and he was not on the desk very often. There was an issue with toilet and we needed to shift from one room to another as it was blocked
