Nice sea view location with easy access to downtown area. Lots of restaurants close by. can be cold in winter.

Cute, clean and very comfortable. The pillows were fluffy and soft, and the location is super quiet. The host is wonderful. Like so many hotels on the Chilean coast, the hotel isn't easy to find, and not so convenient on a hillside. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to elderly or people who have a hard time with stairs.

Narrow street in and parking was rather challenging. But we opted to mostly leave the car there and travel by Uber and had no problem getting drop off and pick up at the end of the steep and narrrow one lane street. So in the end it was not an issue at all, but appeared rather daunting at first.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Beautiful location, view to the sea from the terasse, and rooms of upper floors. To get there with suitcases, one needs taxi, it's high up on the hill. Walking to the beach, you take 65 steps down and have a few hundred meter walk along the promenad under the palm threes. You get good value to your money.

Location is excellent, close to beach and metro. 25 minute walk from bus terminal. Room had a sea view and was a comfortable size. Breakfast was served in room and had option of sitting out on hotel's garden terrace. Security entrance and space to park. Room docor a little bland, some colour or wall art would be nice.

We loved the attention, Doña Sandra and Luz are fantastic and very attentive. A beautiful place with a great location. The shower and the mattress were really uncomfortable.

Breakfast was nice, delivered to the room since they don't have a common dining room. Staff was very kind and efficient, definitely one of the best qualities the hotel has. The bed was very uncomfortable, poor mattress and bedsheets that came off while just sitting on the bed. The shower wasn't hot, and hotel didn't provide shampoo. The view the room had was depressing, with a barred window facing an alley with deteriorated houses; they obviously don't show this view in their photos.

The staff its friendly and always happy to assist you, they are mind focus on the service, offered a nice breakfast for free, as well stored our luggage before check in and after check out for free, which is really handy for an international traveler. Need some minor maintence, such as shower head pluged, toilet with some leaking water (clean water). There are minor maintence, nothing mayor to do... If you are not picky with that minor stuffs, I recomend you to visit this hotel.
