Four Points by Sheraton Visakhapatnam

Place is a dump. Staff unprofessional except for the ladies there, the men rough and most of them barely spoke English. This property cannot be part of an international brand. The room very weird, unclean carpet, uncomfortable bed and old furniture. The manager rudely instructed me to not smoke by the pool which I did not know was not a smoking area as it was open air, and took my pack of cigarettes forcefully which is still my personal property. During the night someone in the room next to me was trying to open the door to my room multiple times which I have reported and the manager shrugged that off like it was nothing. Food quality poor, facilities only one restaurant/bar very bad and unclean. See pictures and stay either at ITC or Novotel in Vizag.

Great location, amazing staff, good food The toilets didn’t work well at all. With so much water it was still not a good flushing system. Really struggle with it.

The Hotel hospitality was amazing the staff were very helpful very informed and very warm . where would you have a wonderful experience while eating breakfast watching dolphins playing in open sea thank you Try keeping day tools on the boat

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Personnel very helpful and polite Access to Varun beach requires taxi. Breakfast selection could be improved

The property needs some renovation. Pillows and comforter has a smell. No options for food especially for international cuisine

Felt as a quiet place, rooms are well sized, staff was very nice and customer service was really great. Good restaurant, breakfast spread was decent. But few of the infrastructure needs refurbishment.

Good location, near stores and a little mall. Staff (specially restaurant, reception, cleaning people and doorman) is great, polite and helpful. No cheese available in breakfast.

Hotel Location is good. Very close to the RK beach and several commercial shops . Rooms are good . Enough parking area for the car. There was some unexpected and unfriendly response from the staff . There was an issue where the restaurant brought in a wrong in-room dining order. When complaining my wife received a response asking if she would like some soda. See, we are not expecting complementary soda when reporting a wrong order. I have been to many star hotels and mistakes some times happen. Its about how the staff owns up and rectifies the mistake. We felt like - take the soda and stop complaining. Overall I felt there were too many very young staff members who belonged to outside state who simply couldn't give us a local vibe. People of Vizag behave very differently to what we experienced. It was a very transactional behavior with no personalized attention from the staff.
