Staff is good, location and facility very nice. Rooms are enough and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and very good staff to support everything. Sometimes the wi-fi is poor.

The breakfast was very good, good spread. Staff at breakfast and room service is good. Staff at reception is not so attentive and seems very busy and forgetting lot of things. I asked for double bed, got single bed. They promised to change but could not change in 4 days. I wanted to extend they kept me on hold till last night. Reception staff is very arrogant and does not understand customer. they follow JUST RULES!!! all the time, thats the answer they will give.

AC is much too cold, which kept us from visiting the nice Mekong restaurant more often. There were some dead cockroaches in the hallway for days, before they were removed. The window on the third floor could be opened completely - a major safety risk when traveling with a child. Unfortunately, allergen information on the menu/buffet was often not correct - posing health risks.

The property is in the heart of the city. Convenient to go in any direction of the city. Service staff unhelpful and disappointing. Pathways to rooms have carpet which makes it difficult to roll bags. Elevators do not go all the way down to the lobby. So the bags have to be carried down the stairs 1 level .

Food was palatable. bathrooms need renovation and do not appear clean and the same is applicable to the bedding.

Try to repair one of the lift as one is functioning properly another lift is not working properly
