The restaurant was good. The breakfast had a limited spread but the quality of food was good. The staff were helpful and courteous. Only Local channels on TV and it was not a smart TV so kind of useless. The toilet hardware needs some repair. The hot water in shower was inconsistent with cold water pouring after some time. Bookings.com didnt communicate about our booking and we had to wait for 15 mins for confirmation of booking. Sad part was there was no direct phone line for connecting to bookings.com. When messaged on the app there was still no reply. Not a happy experience with Booking.com

It was excellent stay, room and bathroom was clean and hygiene. Staff response was good no complaints. Location also good, near to most of the city attractions. Adding to it restaurant food was tasty. Restaurant serving time can be improve, they are taking lot if time after ordering the food.

The room was clean as was the bathroom and the beds were comfortable. Both the bed linen and towels were clean and freshly laundered. The food at the hotel (both the buffet breakfast and a la carte) was good and the staff was very helpful. They played instrumental music rather loudly in the passages. We had to ask them to turn it off/down a couple of times. The bathroom was a bit cramped.

Rooms were spacious, Good ambience, one thing to compliment that all staff were Very Helpful and friendly, Manisha from front office was extremely Helpful and kind. As far as Double occupancy is concerned, Room no 103 Bed was very small for two people to stay.bathroom exhaust fan was not there, hence bathroom was not at all comfortable. Room service menu was also not provided.
