The room was really dissapointing. There was no ventilation, no cleanliness and the room was very damp al thorough the stay. There was a mix up out breakfast booking and then the staff did not accommodate breakfast into out booking. There was construction going on in many parts of the hotel and there was no prior information on this, it was inconvenient to even walk around

The staff, both at the reception and restaurants were very efficient and focused. I was very pleased at the way they looked after the needs of customers.

From the time entry point to the exit, the entire staff was very polite & courteous. The Front desk people who took my check-in were very polite & explained about the Hotel thoroughly. Thanks for the quick brief upon arrival. The Breakfast Spread was awesome & mouth-melting. I really enjoyed my stay & loved the breakfast. They have live counter for Dosa & Eggs to order, Chefs & Restaurant staff were friendly & cooperative.

The Indian restaurant downstairs with the course menu was phenomenal! Amazing mix of flavors for a great price. My room was listed as non-smoking, but it had an ashtray and had an obvious smoke smell.

Generally, the hotel is good. Breakfast is not so many choices, but it's good. The helpful staff, friendly environment, and location are perfect. The restaurants of hotel are good. I cannot eat spicy food. That's why, I had dinner in the pan-asian restaurant. I didn't like the lightning of the room. It's too dark in the evening especially people who are in business trip. Maybe it's pricy :)
