Only The bed was clean 1. Bathroom wash basin water was leaking and flowing inside the room 2. There is no hand wash in bathroom 3. The room was having very bad smell 4. In booking.com the price was Rs 827 but the staff in property charged Rs 1050

Worst then nobody can expect. Nothing is available and treated us as dogs. Very bad and worst Booking.com is waste of the worst with waste of time and waste clients to give service. They are not accepting the bookings and throwing bad words to leave the place.

I booked this hotel through booking.com , but once I reached the place , the hotel guys are telling it's wrongly listed in booking.com , they asked me to pay 1500 rupees for the stay , it's totally disgusting , i request booking.com to completely remove this listing from the website

Booking was confirmed without consulting with the property owner and once i reached property owner denied to check in. Check in time was mentioned 6:30 AM and i reached at 8AM but still Property owner and OYO customer care was charging me extra for early check in There was no prior communication between YOY & Property owner also with Booking.com
