I like the location only.. The rooms are very unhygienic..the behaviour of the members are bad They didn't even know how to treat with guests.. The bed and that bedsheet were very dirty didn't like interior of the room... Washroom smells very bad I would definitely suggest the visitors to sleep in the railway station rather staying in this hotel... I am not even ready to give a single start for this bad hotel..

Stay far far away from this establishment at all costs!! They don't seem to understand that they've chosen to advertise as a provider of rooms on booking.com and are refusing to honor booking.com confirmations!!!!!!! The place refused to honor the booking.com reservation when I arrived as scheduled at 1am with my 10 year old daughter. (I pre notified the property we'd be arriving after midnight from the train). They told us first they gave the room to someone else then said they had our room but demanded another additional higher cash offline tarif to allow us to sleep there while refusing to waive any of the booking.com fees as requested on the app. I had to involve the police in our defense while my 10 year old daughter slept on our luggage in the dirty unkempt lobby. In the end after trying to reason with the fellow for 3 hours we left at 4am and booked another lovely small local hotel and slept normally! Looking at our booking.com dashboard you can see clearly no cancelation was accepted and we'll be paying the 1000 rupees tarif even though no room was given and we experienced a nightmare instead of a night's sleep ?
