very updated and clean. staff was very respectful and helpful throughout the whole stay nothing much just the walls are pretty thin but that’s nothing out of the ordinary

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. My room had a lot of storage. The TV was nice and big. The air conditioner is very efficient which I appreciate because the temperature is 100⁰. The bed is super comfortable. The only thing a person should consider is there is no elevator. That made it difficult to get to my room due to health issues. There is a beautiful pool. There is no breakfast included but there is a restaurant on the property.

Super charming motel in the center of Visalia. Originally built in 1963 but fully renovated by the new owner in the last 2 years. It has nice gardens and a "Lamp Liter" motif throughout the facility. Rooms are spacious and include fridge and microwave, stylish decor including the shower bathrooms. Bed is very comfortable. There is a large pool with a 60s style Cabana and surrounded by garden area. The location is close to parks and restaurants. We stopped on the way back to Bay Area from Sequoia NP. It's only about 30 minutes from the park gate. Great value, the alternatives in Three Rivers were all over $200. Suggest to add a simple breakfast option to help those needing a quick start to the day.

I love this Hotel. Rooms are cute feel very homey like a cute studio vibe LOVE IT. Staff is amazing since the change in management. Definitely recommend a stay here.

I was little confused about 150$ deposit when the site states that it’s 100$, besides that the place is great a lots of space in the rooms, staff was helpful, it’s located in a good area
