There's never anyone at the front desk, you must go to the restaurant if you need anything, the hotel front door is left open all day and night with no one guarding it. The room we stayed in had the windows at ground level so we couldn't leave the windows open to let the room air out when we were away. One of the towels left for our use had a hole in it. There was a smell of mold in the hotel hallways, luckily not in the room.

the hotel is very good, the breakfast is more than sufficient, the personel listen to your wishes. There is only a short walk the beach, which is really good and quiet. The center of Viveiro is historic and charming.

Nothing, Nada. Ratas! Horrible! Rats!! disgusting staff & hosts, asquerosos empleados, proprietarios, hosts, property, room, habitacion horible huelia fatal, toallas manchadas y trato horrible, smelled like sewer, stained towels. I had to ask my money back and look for another hotel. Pedi mi dinero de vuelta y me he buscado otro hotel.

Nice room, breakfast was a bit mean. Just toast and croissant. Elsewhere we've had cheese, meat, cereal and as much coffee as you want Unfortunately we hit the fiesta season and two out of three nights there was loud pop music until about 5 00am. Very little sleep!!!

Restaurant closed. The shower base in room was not clean There was lots if road noise but the noise of talking/singing and music drowned it out.

The owned and run by next door is excellent with lots of Tapas food to enjoy it whilst having a beer The owners dog started barking at 4 am and continued to 7 am . not good.

The hotel is very quiet. I could relax in a nice environment. The staff is amazing and very friendly. The cafe where you take breakfast is even bar so in the evening you can get a drink and they serve with it very tasty tapas. Na
