When we checked in we were early and they had our room ready which we were not expecting but were very happy about. When we dropped off our things and came back after being out the afternoon the front desk had told us that our room had a gift waiting for us. We were so surprised by the lovely gift of some sweet treats and fruit! It was a few days before my birthday and made us feel very special! The view from the Breakfast room was gorgeous and the breakfast was also great. I found that it was very clean and staff was very friendly from checking in to checking out. I found certain times at night the hot water wasn't so hot but I am guessing that is from everyone else using the hot water, or I just like it hotter than others. The first night we ate at Bistro Dali and everything was great but the third night the staff seemed off and slightly rude at times. But maybe it was just an off night or something.

Nothing except leaving this hotel. Check in was a hassle from the start. Front desk clerk was rude, aloof, unhelpful and had a very bad attitude. Our room was on the third floor and this hotel does not have an elevator. What 4 star hotel does not have an elevator? Photos on booking.com hotel listing were very deceiving and made room appear much larger than it actually was. This hotel is 2 stars max. Luggage needed to be wrestled with on several very narrow, steep and winding sets of stair cases leading up to the room. Stairs were very dangerous to guests hauling large luggage. There were no lights on at all on the staircases or in the small narrow hallways. Again, very ridiculous and dangerous. This hotel was more interested in saving electricity than it was about guest’s safety and comfort. The stair cases had to be entered through a door that led into a very noisy, crowded and chaotic cafe. Very weird and inconvenient set up. The hotel room was so small that there was no space for luggage or any space whatsoever to move around. The bathroom was even smaller, with the shower out in the middle of the room. Only one set of towels were in the room on arrival and one cheap plastic cup. Again, hardly a 4 Star experience. The room and bathroom were clean. No coffee available whatsoever for guests leaving early for Naples Airport. Spend your money somewhere else. This hotel was not worth over Euro 200 to stay here. Hotel restaurant staff barely waited on us and provided horrible service. Food was mediocre and not worth the price. All staff in this hotel and restaurant have bad attitudes and could care less about guests. Not a good experience. At all.

Everything was fantastic! The ambience, the food, the staff, especially Conni! She went above and beyond to make sure my mother and I were content and taken care of. She was beyond lovely and super fantastic. She made us feel loved and completely at home. The amenities were incredible. Cafe and restaurant absolutely exquisite. Conni even sent us off with pastries for our journey ahead. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! Grazie!!! Everything was perfect!

Original stay 4 nights but after looking at what is included reduced to 1 night immediately. Secure parking on site and included. Breakfast was excellent on the terrace with many available options. Staff helpful and polite. The restaurant down stairs is very loud with noise heard all day and into the evening. The room itself has weak air conditioning and not entirely clean. Bathroom had a leaking bath tub and black mould found throughout. Explained we received the last room but that does not excuse the issues. It is not close to the city and train station you cannot buy tickets from when we were there.

this place is good , rooms are spacious and we had our own outside space to chill to had a drink and a cigarette etc the location is away from naples , taxi driver charged us twice , apparently since its outside naples we had to pay for the driver to come pick us up and take us , silly thing is its only 2/3 miles away from naples station but it costed us €40 to get there which put us off , and where it is in volla its really a very run down area local authorities arent doing a great job i guess ,there are like trains and busses but late at night it feels like its not safe , i ve travelled quiet a bit in my time and when we came here we were like WTH . anyway cant really fault the place but location wise and taxi fares etc its not all that , we left the next morning.
