Comfortable and spacious room, air conditioning, location close to the mall The gym didn’t have good ventilation, was too hot. The pools were mid, not too exciting. The restaurant had limited options and too expensive

You need coins for spa locker, you need deposit to get a gym locker, gym is badly equipped.

Me and my friend came to Eventhotel Pyramide for Keinemusik festival. Their facilities for gym and spa were amazing. We enjoyed our staying to the fullest. Make sure that you are on time for the breakfast.

The Pool and spa was the reason I chose this place but unfortunately it wasn’t as expected , there was no drinks or snacks served near the area of the pool. The facility did not provide towels and robes near the pool there was only one jacuzzi. There was no coffee machines inside the room the breakfast was very low quality and underwhelming no fresh juices not enough options not 4 star hotel level. Only one restaurant was open with limited and expensive for the quality choices.
