The hotel is next to a tram line, which gets you to the city center in about 40 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful, and the parking spaces were spacious.

Only that it was close to my point of interest. In general the feel of the hotel, long halways, leaking of the water, damaged walls, tractor working in the morning in front of the window putting pellets or something in the furnace...

Really well maintained hotel with friendly staff and good restaurant. A bit too far from the centre. Sound insulation was not the best

Clean! You will find the best restaurant downstairs ans also free parking! There is no soundproofing.

Very nice and helpful staff, big clean and comfortable rooms, big free parking , amazing restaurant. Excellent location. Internet worked on my phone but not my my computer ( staff said that this is not usual but some guests face this problem ). Can get noisy at night due to the busy restaurant.

We liked the restaurant and the food, I think this is one of the strongest points of the Fabrik. The room was simple, but clean and as expected. We recommend if you're staying on this side of Wien. We had some hassle with duplicate charge of our credit card, but it turned out it was a mistake and fortunately everything was solved to our convenience.

Staff were helpful. Food in the restaurant was very tasty. Location near train was very convenient . Air conditioning was great!! I wish they had some coffee supplies in the room

We arrived earlier than the start of check-in and were allowed to enter the parking lot. The lady at the reception was very kind and helpful, she took care of all formalities in seconds. The hotel has its own parking lot, which is a big advantage. The tram stop is close by, which can take you to the center of Vienna in 20 minutes. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. Unfortunately, the room was not as good as we expected. We got a courtyard room, which had the problem that there was noise until 11 pm due to the loud guests in the restaurant in the courtyard. There was also a problem with cleanliness, spider webs in many places, the bottom of the shower curtain was moldy, there was not even a single glass in the room. There was no towel rail, just a hanger. There was no air conditioning in this room, it was very hot, there was a fan, but it didn't help much.
