Staff were amazing, facilities were top notch, peaceful and away from all the touristy areas but easy access by car. 5 min to Fira Food prices were a little over priced.

Large and very comfortable rooms, great spa facilities, and a restaurant that serves fresh and creative food. Staff are friendly and welcoming, which really adds to the stay. The location isn’t central, the sea view is only partial, and the hotel is spread over several buildings - so getting to the restaurant, spa, or parking can a bit inconvenient, even with the club car option.

We had an incredible stay at Magma Resort in Santorini! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Ellie was amazing – she went above and beyond to make our trip special by upgrading our room to one with a private pool and breathtaking sea view. The staff throughout the resort were friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. On our last day, our flight wasn’t until later in the evening, and Ellie kindly arranged a late checkout, which made all the difference. The experience was truly unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

View Room Food selection except breakfast Did not enjoy one meal i had at hotel Shuttle to city should operate later so you can return as late as 11pm Now last return is 7.30 Think this is done purposely to force people to eat at your restaurant with limited menu and overpriced. Had to pay for taxis many nights. This is an easy thing to fix Also i am 79 There were too many steps Many dangerous with out hand rails eg at spa Wish small pool at my room was heated

Amazing property with a nice view on the sea. Located in the centre of the island close to Fira. Perfect spot to explore the island from. Room was really nice and clean. Staff really friendly. we also got a upgraded room with sea view which was really nice! Maybe we didn’t know before but the restaurant was quite chique and on the expensive side. We ordered a side dish (fries) and we paid 8 euros for 8 fries. Next to that due to allergies it was only possible to select 4 dishes and there we no other option So we only went to the restaurant once. Also would be nice if there were some more affordable options in the afternoon for a nice snack and drink at the pool. It was quite empty and there was not really an atmosphere.

We enjoyed everything being honest. Staff were super friendly and had a what’s app service which meant super quick communication to help book shuttles or private taxis to local towns.

The staff are friendly, the facility is clean, they have free shuttle, which they didn’t have before (this is our second time), but the amount of people that can use the shuttle are limitted, for the size of the hotel they should provide more shuttles. The breakfast was good, but last time we came the breakfast was much better (a la cart, Michelin style) , the options were more and it was much tastier. This time you were limited by only 1 a la cart choice… Once again the shuttle, could be more frequent

The best part about the hotel are the staff, they’re incredibly friendly, welcoming and their service is amazing. They were very nice to our 14 month-old daughter and made us feel very comfortable. The resort itself is small and exclusive, packed with people. We liked the location because it was quiet and away from busting tourist areas, a 15-20 taxi ride gets you everywhere though. The resort is calming, and you can really relax. We were happy with the breakfast but having stayed there for a longer period and not always leaving for dinner meant that we ate at the hotel restaurant often and the menu options started to feel limited. I think there could be some entertainment for kids like a little splash pool.

Our suit was modern, clean, food at the breakfast was great, personnel was very polite and helpful. Distance from the beach. However, they do offer free transfers three times a day. Spa is overpriced, though the facilities are stylish and functional.
