The service (with the exception of 1 staff who was very polite) The breakfast (was not fresh and very poor) The cleanliness (the bathroom needed cleaning and the soap bottles were used)

The breakfast was made with care, the views from the front of the hotel were exceptional, the staff was extremely accommodating even with a language barrier. I wish I could have stayed longer!

Fresh and tasty breakfast. Very nice staff and helpful. We needed to start our day early so they agreed to serve the breakfast earlier than usual. Pool Is relatively big. Great and beautiful location . Refrigerators in rooms don't work well. There was no possibility to prepare our own hot drinks in the room.

The room was amazing and quite spacious! the bathroom was huge and also had a sauna room. 3 single beds one kings bed fridge & TV, Balcony with an amazing view of the surrounding mountainous area. there was no satellite tv as described. TVs in the room didn't support Netflix or other non-national channels.

Excellent retreat ! , great location , the room was large Cousy comfortable and the fire place made it even better! The manager Seraphim was very helpful and with the best attitude . this Hotel is perfect for a 3-4 days escape. the grandmother cooking was great. will be a good add to have few vegetables in the breakfast,

Location was excellent only a few km. from Klafsi where were invited to a wedding. Ms Virginia had a wonderful breakfast setup and we were very grateful for all her help.
