Rukmani Inn

It was not clean. There were spinder webs on the roof and in the Drawer. It felt like they did not clean the room after previous checkout.

Very useless hotel don't go there from booking of booking.com

Breakfast not included, even Tea was no served on time after order. Bathroom Tap was broken, Toilet kit not available, even after telling the staff. Parking was also in side plot and not proper balancing surface.

Location was good.

The room booked by us was allotted to someone else and we were told that the booking had been cancelled. Check in time shown is from 1200 to 2300 hrs whereas our booking was cancelled by 1300 hrs itself. I was called just once when I was inside temple and couldn't take call. No message was shown in booking.com. They could have asked for confirmation earlier itself when booking was made instead of capitilising profit at the last moment. Totally unprofessional behaviour.
