1. 3 min walk to ISKCON temple 2. Clean Toilet In winter the rooms are colder than outside. No provision for heating. The reception is rude to understand customer issues. Telling lies that they cannot arrange a heater and no hotel in vrindavan provides heater in the room. They ask us to speak to manager and his phone is always busy or not being picked up. In reality, when connected to manager , he immediately said a heater can be provided but shall cost 200 rs per day. What a disconnect between what reception says and what manager says. This entire entire conversation took 1 hour to solve and meanwhile i had look for help on booking. Com and also search for another hotel room that provided heater. If there was transperent instructions on the booking.CoM listing or if the reception conveyed the correct information, guest experience would have been excellent.

Spacious rooms, balcony (room 202), elevator, fast wifi, relatively clean. We had to ask for extra bed sheet since there were none on the bed and blanket looked very dirty. Location is good, quiet far from main road. could cost less
