The staff, however, were very kind, helpful, and professional. The breakfast was also quite good. Overall, my experience was positive mainly thanks to the friendly and helpful staff, but I expected a more modern and renovated property compared to what was shown in the photos.

The hotel serves a breakfast with plenty of local options; the dining room offers both indoor and outdoor seating. The hotel staff are very friendly and professional. The hotel is dated and in dire need of extensive renovation. It is beautifully situated on a hill by the water, but you should think twice if you have difficulty walking up or down relatively steep paths. The pool area serves three hotels at the same time, which means that the relatively small pool can get very crowded at times.

We had a pleasant stay... However we expected a better view of the sea (since we booked a premium room with sea view). The room was a bit old and only with partial sea view, we expected more. The bed wasn't very comfortable, it was a bit hard.

We liked that the staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The Balcony, Lobby, Breakfastroom and Location was really beautiful, the food was outstanding and we also liked that you were able to walk down to the beach, marina und all the restaurants there within like 5 minutes! Compared to the price, we expected more from the room itself. The bathroom wasn‘t really clean, the fridge still had stains from people before us on it (it was really greasy), on the bedsheets were stains and the AC Unit didn‘t work as we wanted it. It was very hot while we were there and it didn‘t really cooled down the room, which made sleeping a little bit hard.

The hotel is in a great area. We loved the town and the location. Some of the restaurants on the harbor were unforgettable. This was definitely a splurge for us, so we expected high quality rooms. The carpet was probably 40 years old and in bad shape. There was also a very bad ant infestation. We have kids and a cracker was left on the floor, within an hour it was fully covered in a pile (thousands) of ants with lines of them coming out through the wall. We generally tried to keep the room clean but the ants seemed to live under the furniture and in the walls. I didn’t take a picture of this incident as we were in a panic and just try to kill them with sun screen spray and throw everything out, but I’ll attach a picture of the carpets. In the one picture you can see the standard level of ants near the furniture. The staff was nice and offered us a buffet meal to compensate, but we really loved the restaurants on the harbor, so we declined and they offered us a bottle of rose at check out. That kind of cleanliness issue just wasn’t something I expected for the price. We were hoping to get some kind of discount as it definitely affected the comfort of our stay and I wouldn’t have booked the hotel knowing this prior.

One of the best breakfasts I had in less than 5* hotels. Comfortable beds. Fully equipped room, everything was functional Old furniture and vintage doors/keys

All rooms should be sold only seaside. Park side, especially 1st floor, is almost unusable Sauna NEEDS enlargement.

All of the staff was very nice, we had peaceful breakfast and dinner. Coffee at breakfast was surprisingly very good. We liked the variety at buffet for a 3 star hotel and everything was tasty, if some drinks were included with dinner it would have been much better for the price. Cleaning was good as well. Our stay was calming and stress free. We might visit again. Only downside was a little dated rooms and amenities, but we were still comfortable enough.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner tasty. Lovely view from restaurant. Pool was excellent, big enough to be able to swim, water at right temperature for swimming. Plenty of deck chairs. All facilities very clean. Bed very comfortable. Water often kept running when toilet flushed. Flush very sensitive.

The food was excellent, the view stunning, and the room spacious, comfortable, and pleasantly warm. The surrounding area features well-maintained walking trails. The dining hall was efficiently cleaned, with tables quickly prepared for new guests. The pool was pleasantly quiet, without any crowds. The restaurant stands out with its modern and renovated design. A covered parking area is available next to the hotel, and the rooms were carefully cleaned every day. The room also includes a small refrigerator and a kettle. During my five-day stay, there was not a single day when warm or even lukewarm water was available in the bathroom. The room feels outdated, as its design remains stuck in the 1990s. The balcony windows do not seal properly. The rooms have poor sound insulation, as noises from neighboring rooms can be heard through the walls. Noise from the hallway, including loud shouting from children and teenagers, is also clearly audible in the room. The bathroom lacks shelves for toiletries and clothing, there are no power outlets by the bedside table, and no bathrobes are provided for the pool. There are no private changing cabins by the pool, and the number of loungers is very limited. The sauna is extremely small and can accommodate only a few people. On the first day, the pool water was lukewarm, and the air around the pool was cold, making it uncomfortable. Additionally, vibrations from the pool’s machinery can be both heard and felt while swimming.

We loved the staff! Mirela at the bar was simply amazing and kind! The value for money is awsome! The room could be better equipped.

Very good location with lovely views from the room. Very spacious room, we stayed in a junior suite. The breakfast was excellent with a superb choice of delicious food. Hotel is a bit tired and shabby in places and needs a bit of a renovation. Hotel needs renovating in places, looks a bit tired and shabby in some places

Room interior is from 70's. TV did not work at all. Can be a bit loud in the morning since you can hear kids running down the hallway. Pictures shows a bit different from what it really looks like.
