The accommodation was like a tent and cabin together. We had ants, but I heard many others at the camp had the same issue.

The tent itself was ok, as was the equipment. The courier was very helpful, despite his hands being tied, he tried to help us. He provided us with free towels and bed linen. Our priority was accommodation by the beach, so we were really disappointed. The tent was at least 350 meters from the beach even though the setting was advertised as being 150 meters from Valkanela beach. Also, only 10 ml of soap was provided for four people for two days. We didn't get the tent we reserved. The surroundings were quite untidy, nothing like the picture. When we asked for a refund, we were refused, despite the provided pictures of the reservation as proof. Despite paying, we left early.

Very nice location. And clean camping. Good place to park your car and the tent is not directly in the hot sun. Very nice big fridge with freeze compartment. Beds where not very comfortable. And small. No fire extinguisher! Safety is important.

Very nice camping site. Great location. Our tent was next to one of the main roads so that gave too much noise. Very busy with cars and people.

Access to pool,cos kids liked. Restrooms always clean. Variety of restaurants,lot of shade. Lady who let us in tent was polite. But she couldnt figure out why we got plain tent instead of safary tent..so she comforted us with stereotipe centences. I wasnt prepared for 11 days of tent with my 3 small kids cos on booking had nice pictures of safary tent with beds,linnen.. 5 days 1 of safary tents was empty, next to us but she didnt offer to us,even I said we would pay difference.. In same time,same facility but owened by campside was for same money we payed for poor plain tent. So no more bookings beside phonecall on site.
