The owner was friendly. The breakfast was ok. It is unacceptable for a hotel room, especially at these prices, to have beds that keep you awake at night because it hurts to lie on them. I have slept in many hotels around the world, including very rough places, and this was one of the worst beds I have encountered. Thankfully we had booked only one night because I would certainly not spend another night awake and in pain. Also the room was dusty and the pressure in the shower was not consistent and at times was inadequate. The wifi was poor.

The hotel is family owned and the two brothers who manage it were extremely kind and welcoming. Furthermore, as hikers coming on foot to the town, and since the hotel is not located in town, but rather on a hill with gorgeous views overlooking the town and the surrounding mountains, the manager offered to drive us to town so we would be able to hang out during the evening and have dinner there. He then picked us up and returned us to the hotel. That is a level of service that was above our expectations and made us feel welcomed and appreciated guests. Breakfast was also wonderful, pleasing to the eye and stomach and was prepared by the manager and his brother as well. The shower had slightly low pressure and it would have been slightly more pleasing if the shower head would have had a place to hang on top, so water could come pouring down from above, and not just hand-held.

A lovely experience all around. The hotel is modern, with recently renovated rooms (excellent shutters) and comfy beds which were appreciated after our hike from Zygovisti. The breakfast was good and ample. Special mention must be made of the professional conduct and hospitality of the two brothers running the place, we felt very taken care of.

Our stay at Vytina Mountain View was great for the location of the hotel overlooking the village, the view of the mountainous surroundings and the proximity to the ski center. Also, the room was clean, spacious and stylish, and the breakfast was homemade, fresh, abundant and varied. Lastly, the owners made our days with their hospitality and professionalism.
