The hotel exceeded my expectations. The suite was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to help. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, relaxing, and luxurious. It was not just a room, but a complete 1BR apartment that was very spacious. We forgot our phone charger and were contacted by the hotel staff that they found it. That does not happen very often. So very good! The location directly next to all the Al Liwan restaurants is excellent. The setting of the living room was a bit unpersonal and too business-like

Clean and safe That no one told us that there is a swimming area neer that we can take the kids there and i asked for it and they didn’t mention it to me by chance one of your employees told me about it i was so so sad all days my kids sitting doing nothing

The location and access is great and the furniture quality is nice. A bit pricy for the comparable levels and room surfaces were not clean enough. During weekend l, it can be very noisy all night.

Could be much better the crew isn’t flexible parking lot is not available upon arrival I had to call the to free one for me. I ask for late checkout one hour only instead of they call me before the check out time by one hour while I’m sleeping to remind me that I have to checkout on time. Overall bad experience can’t happen again.
