We booked a room through Booking.com for my daughter it was an emergency when she got to the motel she was told she had to pay for the room. We spoke to the clerk there he said it doesn't work that way they don't use Booking.com and she woukd have to pay for the room herself. Even though we already paid Booking com and Budget Inn was listed under Booking coms web site. So needless to say we were out $65. Because we were told we could not even use our credit card over the phone. What a waste of time

Noise was really bad. Had to call threaten to call police because people outside alot of younger adults, asked them repeatedly to get quiet finally got quiet after 2am. Floor was dirty. Queen room but small, table by door was dirty had to wipe down to use. Walls were very dirty and had marks all over them. Glad we brought our own bedding we used because the comforter had a smell to it and burn marks and burn holes all in it. TV remote missing back.

I didn't care for this place. It's overpriced for what you get. I won't stay here again. I didn't care for hardly anything. The people are very friendly and the rooms are average at best.

Old needed painting inside and out, doors were pealing veneer, not enough electrical outlets.

We didn’t stay. It looked like a roach motel with homeless people hanging around outside. Dingy looking build and run down appearance.

Decent price Old property needs work. Some quality pest control would help. I saw a few bugs. Just needs some renovations.

Honestly, nothing! It was one of the worst motels I've ever stayed at! It was dirty and the outside noise was bad! They need to seal the windows better or put new glass on it. There's air coming in from the heater/ac unit. I didn't like anything. Will never, ever stay here again!

Nice parking. We slept on our own blanket. It was dirty Room was old and not clean

All was very good. Nice people. Very comprehensive. Door knobs replaced.

Statt was friendly. Air conditioning did work. My room. Phone didn't work. Carpet was coming off floor. My windows were being held closed with sticks.

NOTHING! Shady people smoking pot in the parking lot and hollering! The room was nasty. They had roaches and there was a condom wrapper by the night stand and dead flies and hair on the floor. They obviously don't clean the rooms. I didn't even stay the whole time. I left and found a different hotel.

It sucked

Everything that place isn’t even worth 20 a night it’s just so smelly and everything old and the room it self wasn’t very secure just the worst all around
