Nice hotel with a great staff. The adjoining steakhouse was delightful as well. Would definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful hotel with warm and kind customer service. Definitely will stay at the same hotel on my next visit to Waco.

We absolutely adore the spacious room. It can comfortably accommodates five adults if needed. We’ll definitely be returning for sure.

This hotel was awesome! LOVE the room, the food at the restaurant and the location. Will definitely book this hotel again!
-
My shower door was broken on the room I booked so they had to move me to a smaller room with a working shower door.

We had a great stay. The hotel room was very comfy and stylish. The location is close to everything.
-
This hotel was modern and very nice. It was clean and I felt safe. There was a smell that bothered us a lot. To the point when we left our room we had to hold our noses all the way to the elevator because the smell was so bad. It was only in the hallway though. Also the pool gate does not lock. Other than those few things, it was a good stay.

Nice stay. Easy walking path all g the Chisholm Trail and across the Brazos.

This is a very nice hotel, with potential with better staff and management it could be so much better. The pools needed cleaning and the restaurant breakfast was lacking. Only one person working, no coffee ready it took a long time to get everything. The quality of the food once we got it was just okay. A Sunday morning you would think that coffee would be a priority. The staff didnt seem to care. I understand now why there weren't many people there for breakfast. My 6 year old granddaughter said it would have been better if we could have made it ourself like other hotels.
