What a great hotel! Close to Baylor campus/stadium. Clean, kind staff, wonderful pool, lounge area and lobby. Spacious rooms (especially the double king rooms which are hard to find!). Would definitely stay again.

This is the best hotel stay I’ve ever had! What a staff! Helpful in every way. I proposed to my wife again as we approach our 20 year wedding anniversary and vow renewal. I had items delivered to the room before arrival, along with notes for my wife. The staff ensured that everything was in the room ready to go. Shout out to Nico, Richard, and another guy (didn’t catch his name). The were awesome. Had Richard call my room at 9pm and ask my wife, “Would you do Mr Bass the honor of marrying him AGAIN?” By that time, I was on one knee with the new ring in hand! They didn’t drop the ball at all.

The hotel was fabulous! Very clean and loved the pool area!

The room/bathroom was spacious and very clean. I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel itself was nice, clean and in a great location. Our problem was the staff and it's ability to provide quality customer service in an adverse situation. They have a great bar/ lounge area and pool, but apparently the bartender called out of work at the last minute (which by their reaction it wasn't the first time) and they weren't able to serve drinks at all. All we were told was "we're really sorry". Being a small business owner I, personally, would have gone out of my way to compensate for one of the strongest amenities you have being unusable. I would also have a back up plan which they clearly didn't. Maybe a manager that could throw together a few cocktails or open a cold beer, but no, nothing. It all boils down to customer service for me and how to react to situations like these and this was a fail for us. Again, hotel itself seemed really nice.

Very nice and clean! New stylish hotel

The customer service was amazing and they even called to let me know that I left something behind when I checked out and asked how I would like to retrieve it. That is something no other hotel has done and I really appreciated that level of service. They also were very accommodating with my schedule. The hotel room was very clean and they did provide housekeeping service daily which is something I look for. The price was fair for the two nights we stayed.
